Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m l\u00e9ka\u0159 vyp\u00ed\u0161e neschopenku, vznik\u00e1 v\u00e1m od t\u0159et\u00edho dne nemoci n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy ve v\u00fd\u0161i 60% pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku. Tato n\u00e1hrada mzdy je v re\u017eii va\u0161eho zam\u011bstnavatele a ten v\u00e1m ji tak\u00e9 vyplat\u00ed. Trv\u00e1 od 4. do 14. dne pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti. Pokud se budete l\u00e9\u010dit d\u00e9le, ne\u017e zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdch 14 dn\u016f, p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed platba d\u00e1vky v nemoci na \u010ceskou spr\u00e1vu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, respektive, m\u00edstn\u011b p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nou Okresn\u00ed spr\u00e1vu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, dle s\u00eddla va\u0161eho zam\u011bstnavatele. Zam\u011bstnavatel tomuto org\u00e1nu ozn\u00e1m\u00ed, \u017ee va\u0161e pracovn\u00ed neschopnost nad\u00e1le trv\u00e1 a od 15. dne v\u00e1m vznik\u00e1 n\u00e1rok na d\u00e1vku nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, zvanou nemocensk\u00e9. V\u00fd\u0161e nemocensk\u00e9ho tvo\u0159\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e 60% va\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy. Na rozd\u00edl od n\u00e1hrady mzdy od zam\u011bstnavatele, kter\u00e1 se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 pouze za pracovn\u00ed dny, p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed nemocensk\u00e1 za dny kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed. Zam\u011bstnanec m\u00e1 povinnost dodr\u017eovat p\u0159i pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fd re\u017eim, pokud m\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159em povoleny vych\u00e1zky, tak tyto respektovat. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed schvalovac\u00edm procesem n\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed nemocensk\u00e9 pro osoby v dlouhodob\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti. Nov\u011b by tak od 31. dne pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti m\u011bla b\u00fdt v\u00fd\u0161e d\u00e1vky 66%, od 61. dne pak 72% pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku. Kdy bude tato novela v platnosti, nen\u00ed zat\u00edm zn\u00e1mo.  Jste-li osobou samostatn\u011b v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dn\u011b \u010dinnou (OSV\u010c), pak je pro v\u00e1s \u00fa\u010dast na nemocensk\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dobrovoln\u00e1. Pokud si poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hrad\u00edte, m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na d\u00e1vku nemocensk\u00e9ho ve stejn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i, jako zam\u011bstnanec, tedy ve v\u00fd\u0161i 60%, ov\u0161em za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed neschopnost trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le, ne\u017e 14. dn\u00ed.
